Reward Sticker Chart Maker | Printable Minimalist Charts for Adults

Set a goal and a number of days (7, 14, 30 or custom) to generate a clean, adult-friendly reward sticker chart ready for A4 printing. Fits standard 20mm round stickers. Great for habit tracking. Everything runs in your browser — nothing is sent to a server.

Number of cells (days)

Milestone cells get a bold border — a marker for "treat yourself when you get here".

Your goal and the generated chart are processed entirely in your browser and never sent to a server.

Chart preview

Prints exactly as shown (A4 portrait recommended). Cells are 24mm squares and fit round stickers up to 20mm.

How to use

  1. Enter your goal (e.g. "Stretch every day") and pick the number of cells: 7, 14, 30 days, or a custom number up to 100.
  2. Choose reward milestones (every 5, 7 or 10 days) and a style (Simple, Circle or Minimal) — the preview updates instantly.
  3. Press "Print" and print on A4 (or choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog). Then place one sticker per day.

How it works

Chart layout

The generated chart is designed for A4 portrait printing and contains, from top to bottom:

  • The goal title (your input, or a blank line to write by hand if left empty)
  • A start-date line to fill in by hand
  • The sticker grid, with cells numbered from 1 to your chosen count

Cell dimensions and sticker sizes

  • Cells are 24mm squares; the guide circles in the Circle style are 20mm in diameter.
  • Standard round color-coding labels come in 5mm, 8mm, 15mm and 20mm diameters, and 20mm is the size most commonly recommended for reward charts. The cells comfortably fit 20mm round stickers (smaller 15mm and 8mm stickers fit too).

Why the grid has 7 columns

The grid always has 7 columns, so one row equals one week. With "every 7 days" milestones, the highlighted cells always line up in the last column, making weekly progress easy to see.

Milestone rules

  • With "every 5/7/10 days" selected, cells at multiples of that interval (e.g. days 7, 14, 21, 28) are emphasized with a bold border and colored number.
  • The final cell is always emphasized as the goal and labeled GOAL, regardless of the milestone setting.
  • Emphasis uses border weight as well as color, so it stays readable on black-and-white printers.

Cell count range

  • Presets are 7, 14 and 30 days. The custom input accepts 1 to 100.
  • Out-of-range or non-numeric values are automatically corrected into range.

Printing

The "Print" button calls the browser's standard print function (window.print()). If you don't have a printer, choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog. Charts with many cells (roughly 70 or more) span multiple pages, but rows are never split across a page break.

FAQ

Is my goal or the generated chart sent to a server?

No. Generating, previewing and laying out the chart for printing all happen entirely in your browser. No data leaves your device.

What sticker sizes fit the cells?

Cells are 24mm squares (the Circle style has 20mm guide circles), so standard 20mm, 15mm and 8mm round color-coding labels fit comfortably. Most reward and planner stickers from stationery shops fall in this size range.

Are there cute, kid-style designs?

No. This tool focuses on calm, stationery-like designs that suit adult habit tracking and planner use. Plenty of free sites offer character-themed charts for kids — those may fit better. That said, you're welcome to use this chart for children too.

What are reward milestones?

If you choose "every 5/7/10 days", cells at those multiples get a bold border. They mark intermediate goals — "treat yourself when your stickers reach here". The final cell is always highlighted as GOAL regardless of this setting.

Can I save the chart as a PDF?

Yes. Press "Print" to open the browser's print dialog, then choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. A4 portrait is recommended.
